We didn’t like the fact that they charge extra for almost everything. If the children lose the room key, they ask for an additional fee, and if we want an extra blanket, we have to pay for that too! This feels quite inconsiderate. It is important to mention that we stayed as a couple with a child and a baby. On Booking.com, the hotel states that children can stay free of charge. Even though I clearly specified on Booking.com that we were coming as two adults and one child, the hotel expected us to pay extra for an additional bed for our daughter. In the end, the children had to sleep in bed with us to avoid the extra charge. This was particularly frustrating because I had already declared the correct number of guests when making the reservation on Booking.com. The hotel’s approach to additional charges felt unreasonable and not very family-friendly.
