Grouting behind the washbasin black moulds told staff minimal clean but no better

We stayed for a single night with a toddler. The room had a musty odor, and the bathroom contained mold. Upon arriving late in the evening, we discovered there was no hot water to bathe our child, and the situation remained unchanged the following morning. Reception mentioned a system failure; however, they were aware of the issue the previous day and chose not to disclose it. Given the high room rate, I would expect transparent communication and proper compensation for these severe inconveniences.

A relatively small hotel, not as crowded as others in the area. A swimming pool is available. Breakfasts are good, with plenty to choose from. Overall, a positive stay.
