Le petit dejeuner horrible pour un 5 étoiles

немного не комфортно было то что на полу кафель, это немного создает дискомфорт, но это скорее всего обосновано эксплуатацией

Definitely not a 5-star experience I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel is outdated, poorly designed, and looks nothing like the advertised pictures. Uncleaned Room: I asked for my room to be cleaned when I left at 10:30 AM, but by 13:30 PM, it still hadn't been touched. Ignored Requests: Traveling with a baby is hard enough, but the staff failed to provide the baby tub and bottle sterilizer I had requested. No Hot Water: There was no hot water in our shower. After two failed attempts to fix it, staff moved me to another room to shower—only for that room to have no warm water either. A 5-star hotel should offer basic comfort and reliable service, but this fell completely short.

Took a while to work out how to unlock the sliding door to the balcony, there are no instructions, maybe I am just not familiar with that lock system.

Nothing

The breakfast was a slight let down. There was enough of a selection, but they really do need to improve on the selection of cereals and pastries, as I'm not one for eating hot food in a hot climate for breakfast. The bathroom was a tad small, but the size and comfort of the room made up for it. And they need to include a face washer or hand towel in the bathroom, as this was missing.
