We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding and honestly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is truly one of the best, with such kind, welcoming and helpful staff who are always smiling and greeting you whenever you walk past. They really make you feel valued and well looked after throughout your stay. The food was amazing too, with a different buffet every day and lovely themes that made each meal feel special. The waiters were always attentive, regularly checking up on us to make sure everything was okay and that we were comfortable. All the staff genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and if there was ever anything we asked for, they did their very best to help. A very special thank you to Muharam, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. Your kindness, and exceptional service played a huge part in making our trip so memorable. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team, including Adam, Niko, Aziza, Frida, Mercy and all the other wonderful staff members who made our experience so special. Every one of you deserves recognition for your dedication, and amazing hospitality. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable! We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future.

The only thing that would have made this place in paradise still more perfect would be the cleaning of the beach. Sea weed plus plastic unfortunately interfere with the rest of the perfection. I understand that this is at least partially nature - but a little more effort could help.

I don;t like a buffet dinner, but choice and quality was good.

La SPA était moyen . Les vélos mis à disposition dangereux à conduire. La mer est belle mais pas pour la baignade . L’eau est trouble et beaucoup trop chaude.

Food great! Staff great! Location great! Luxury living great! Mission Accomplished!!
