There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

We had a truly wonderful holiday in every way, thanks in large part to the hotel staff. We would especially like to thank the reception team, who did everything they could to avoid keeping us waiting after our 7-hour flight, even though it was still before our official check-in time. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even more special. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable!

Tiny living space in the “suite”. Designed deliberately not to be useable or comfortable obviously for the the purposes of creating a captive market to force people to dine in the hotel. But the restaurants in the hotel for dinner didn’t allow kids. Only a little coffee shop downstairs. Many of the front of house staff seem utterly disingenuous and self absorbed.

Breakfast was rather limited in terms of options

During our September 2026 stay, we were not notified well in advance that all pools were closed for 10 days for maintenance. As it was 42°C, our children were unable to swim, and we had to take a shuttle to the sister hotel, which was inconvenient given that we chose this hotel specifically for its in-house facilities.

The hotel was perfect.
