Отель Armada Avenue Hotel 4*

Whilst the bed was comfy, the sheets are not the correct sizes - needs addressing.

They asked for 200AED deposit and said it would be returned after several weeks..but I didn’t get the money. And their number +971 043958888 is not available . They didn’t reply the email as well.

The staff at the reception were unwelcoming and rude. The room was not cleaned before check-in time, and the washroom literally smelt of urine. Upon complaining, the receptionist, who happened to be a man, was not at all apologetic, and spoke English in an Arabic accent which made communication difficult and the attitude is unacceptable in the hospitality sector. While the housekeeping staff, Mr Rupesh, did try to help by cleaning the washroom promptly, it was only after offering several explanations and blaming the previous guest for the condition of the room. Regardless of what the previous guest may have done, it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that every room is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and ready for the next guest before check-in. Guests should not have to encounter such unhygienic conditions or be given excuses for lapses in basic housekeeping standards!

The curtains in the room must be changed, 2 single couch bit big and the outlets must have usb connection same as other hotels both near to 2 bed side tables and near the desk/table.

gym wasn't open at 7am.Rooms were not clean. The hotel was empty and they managed to always have a next door nabour, this is convenient for cleaning but not for the guests, as it gets noisy.
