Venera 4*

Wonderful stay and excellent service! My mother from Uralsk had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. They kindly arranged rooms next to her friend’s room, which made their stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. They were also given a room with a beautiful view, which was a lovely bonus! The service was excellent, and everything was handled with great care and hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making their stay so pleasant and memorable! Highly recommended! We would definitely choose this hotel again!

Great location, very clean, and a delicious breakfast every morning! The staff were warm, polite, and met every single request we had during our 3-night stay. Highly recommended!

An amazing stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Although our initial room was a bit small for three people, the reception changed it to a spacious, bright, and wonderful room in the shortest possible time just as we mentioned it. This shows how much they truly care about their guests. The sea view from the room was breathtaking, the breakfast was diverse and excellent, and the staff were exceptionally polite. They even arranged a comfortable car for our airport transfer, perfectly suited for our group and luggage. The location is fantastic with great accessibility to everywhere, and the cleanliness was top-notch. We were all extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel!
