Golden Crown 3*

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room service and housekeeping were terrible. They did not clean the room properly, change the towels, or clean the floors and bathroom. The Wi-Fi was very poor, and there were no spoons or plates in the room. The bed was uncomfortable, uneven, and tilted. The street nearby was very noisy. The reception staff were polite, but they were not willing to help with luggage or even open the door when we were carrying our belongings. The breakfast was absolutely terrible and was one of the worst parts of our stay, along with the poor cleanliness. I stayed here with my wife and daughter, and it was a very bad experience for our family. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

1. Bad quality and very limited variety of food. 2. Weak WiFi. 3. Small bathroom and cupboard. 4. Bad soundproof walls.
