Отель Germir Palas Apts

Toilet jet is not maintained.. it is not fixed properly. Bottom does not get washed after the relief

فندق جميل جدا وتعامل الموظفين ايضا جميل وفروا لنا افياش وماقصروا

There were three of us staying in the room. It was originally a double room with an extra bed added for the third person. The room overlooked the park, but unfortunately, there was quite a lot of noise from people outside throughout the night, so it wasn’t as calm or peaceful as we had hoped. The room itself was also quite small for three people, especially with the extra bed, which left us with very little space to move around comfortably. Overall, I was expecting a more spacious and comfortable room for three guests.

L’emplacement, la gentillesse de l’équipe

Gentleman in reception in this occasion was a bit unhelpful when I asked for an hour late check out next day despite the fact I am their regular customer and they have been always friendly. Point I didn’t like was he mentioned it is because hotel is fully booked which I find out that was not true as they had 10 plus room available for next day ! ( 5 rooms was of deluxe type was available on booking, attached picture)
