we visited twice - once before the cruise and again afterwards. This is great location on the beach with easy access to the airport and to the ship port. Staff were over the top accomodating to help with the room, meals and taxis. Anna from guest relations was amazing. She called us multpile times to make sure all our need were met. She even called on her day off from the hospital whle she was dealing with a family emergency. I was sick on return to the hotel and we had to cancel our dinner reservations at a nearby restuarant. To help my wife and her friend, they give them complimentary buffet lunch and dinner so they did not have to leave the resort on their own. This totally exceeded our expectations especially seeing it was at the end of the season when hotels typically are winding down their services.

The compete hotel has seen better days! The reception hall is dated. Elevators are small, slow, & sometimes non functional. The electricity went out one morning in the middle of breakfast. Yellow jackets harass one while trying to enjoy breakfast on the terrace where seat cushions had bird droppings. The halls smell musty even over the machines placed in them to try & cover the smell with deodorizer. The marble steps were slippery & had many cracks. The room looked worn (chips & stains), bed was short sheeted, & though it had a view over the pool it also looked over the terrace below & roof tops of the lower buildings which obstructed the view. One night they had a DJ & performance that one could hear even with the sliding glass door closed & I had a room on the top floor. The room safe did not function. Rooms that look over the "mountain" actually look at the mountain directly in front of them with pipes flowing down. The outdoor pool is nice but not enough room for young children, most of the pool is deep sans lifeguard, broken lounges, & moldy torn fabrics. There is no beach & the grass has too many mosquitoes to relax. I understand that spa facilities are not included in the price; however, the indoor pool was also not included. Paying extra for an indoor pool when it is stormy outside is ridiculous. Many of the whirlpool buttons do not function, tiles are chipped, moldy lounge beds, holes in the ceiling, & electrical lines hanging out. The hammam in the spa was not functioning. All in all this was a complete disappointment. If one is going to pay this much for an accommodation in Greece then one expects far higher standards. And though the staff at the reception were nice and the manager personally showed me to my room, even gave me her number for any recommendations, she also asked me to leave an excellent review for which, not of her fault, I can not give.

Absolutely NOTHING! It’s heaven on earth.

Beautiful sunrise from our sea view rooms with decks. We stayed here rather than the airport hotel for our last night in Greece. It’s only about 25 minutes from the airport! EXCELLENT breakfast buffet.

Check in was excellent, especially Nasos and the porter who saw that I had a broken toe and took special care to help us.

I was very impressed with the hospitality shown at the front desk. Anna the PR Manager was so welcoming, friendly & I was not only offered an upgrade to a room overlooking the beach; Anna offered me a complimentary buffet dinner and escorted to me to my room (assisting with my bags). As a first time visitor to Greece, I valued this personal service and look forward to return to the hotel with my family.

I have no complaints

Everything was wonderful—from the room and the view to the beach, private pool, and pool area. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The staff were kind and welcoming, and Ana was especially amazing. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
