The reservation department never managed to contact us regarding the problems shown in pictures and they were also indicated in an email, but no answer even after a month. The general condition of the room was equally disappointing. In particular, the furniture and various elements of the room were visibly worn and poorly maintained. We are attaching photographs documenting the actual condition of the room and furniture so that there can be no ambiguity as to the basis of our complaint.

During off season a few of the lounges and bars were not obviously open

Dejligt hotel, venligt personale.
