Best Western Gudauri 4*

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay – 10/10! Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel’s location in Gudauri is fantastic, the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the food was a real pleasure. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the overall experience to the excellent value for money. The atmosphere, service, comfort, and attention to detail made the entire stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gudauri, and I would happily return again. A well-deserved 10 out of 10!

Great value for it's cost, attentive staff, delicious breakfast. Room is well equipped. Location is convenient, no problem with parking. Pet friendly!

Home is not clean Corridor is full cigarette of smell Broken window And the cleaning condition of the room is very bad

We specifically chose Best Western because we expected a certain level of quality and Western standards. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. When we asked the receptionist what there was to do in the area in september, she told us there was basically nothing except shopping and that we should just stay in our room. We asked about hiking trails and were told there were none. We later found hiking trails ourselves. Why did she not tell us? She did not even know whether the cable car was operating. The staff was unmotivated and unhelpful. The jacuzzi and hot tub, "of course", were not working either. Breakfast was another disappointment. Staff were standing around on their phones instead of attending to guests. Used dishes were not cleared, cutlery and food were not replenished, and guests even had to ask for hot water. The coffee tasted awful. Overall, the service was far below what we expected from a Best Western hotel. We chose the hotel specifically because we hoped for reliable quality and Western standards, but unfortunately that was not our experience.
